Our Services

As a registered nurse and lactation consultant (IBCLC), my goal is to support you in your health, your baby’s health, and your breastfeeding journey—wherever that may take you. When you work with me, you're working with someone who truly understands. I've been there. I know the challenges and the emotional toll parenting can take.

Mental health is at the core of my practice. It’s always top of mind as we navigate the ups and downs of breastfeeding because I believe your mental well-being is what matters most. At the end of the day, “fed is best”—whatever that looks like for you and your family. I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

IN-HOME VISIT

$225

There’s something special about having a lactation consultant come to your home, where you can learn the art of breastfeeding in the comfort of your own space, with all your gadgets and familiar surroundings. During our initial visit, we’ll cover everything you need to feel confident and supported, including:

  • A full medical history and assessment for both you and your baby

  • Naked weight check (for baby, if desired)

  • Weighted feeds, so you can see exactly how much baby is drinking at the breast

  • A thorough oral and suction assessment

  • Referrals to specialists, if needed

  • Recommendations on positions, feeding schedules, weaning, pumping, supplements, and any other questions or concerns you have

One of the best parts? TEXT ACCESS—You’ll have direct access to me whenever you need it. It’s like having a lactation consultant in your pocket, ready to help with any questions, concerns, or thoughts you have, no matter the time of day or night.

FOLLOW-UP VISIT

$195

Breastfeeding isn’t always something that can be fully addressed in just one visit. That’s why follow-up visits are so important. They’re tailored to your specific needs, giving us time to dive deeper into the challenges you're facing, provide more practice and guidance, and make sure you're feeling supported along the way. These visits might include, but are not limited to:

  • Addressing feeding issues

  • Troubleshooting poor or painful latch

  • Weight checks for baby

  • Frenotomy follow-up

  • Craniosacral therapy follow-up

  • Support with milk supply concerns

  • Help with breast/nipple issues

  • Weaning off a nipple shield

I’m here for you every step of the way, and I want to make sure you feel confident in your breastfeeding journey, no matter what comes up.

VIRTUAL VISIT

$180

This service is perfect for anyone who has questions or just needs a quick check-in or latch check for some reassurance. If you're unsure whether a virtual appointment is the right fit for your situation, don’t hesitate to reach out via message or text. We can chat and figure out what works best for you. This virtual option is especially great for PRENATAL CLIENTS—whether you're getting ready or just want to feel prepared, I'm here to help!

Billing and Insurance

Lactation support provided by a licensed IBCLC (which I am) is covered under the Affordable Care Act. While I am not currently in-network with any insurance companies, I will provide a superbill (a detailed invoice with the necessary insurance codes) after each appointment. Once paid, you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note, I cannot guarantee reimbursement, but you can improve the likelihood of approval by calling your insurance company before the visit to request pre-authorization. If they ask for the relevant codes, the diagnosis code is "Z39.1" and the procedure code is typically "99342" (though variations may apply). If your claim is denied, you can find resources here for taking legal action.
